hi
i have this most annoying problem
this whazit service crappy spammers @#$@$@ #@$$@%@#%%#@%#@ #@%@%#% #@%@%#@ %$#@ @#$%#$@ have taken over my IE it all started from being my search (like 404 error ) page, so every time i would have a wrong website entered in it will take me there, and now its my home page too and i cant change it keeps on chaning it back. to http://home.whazit.com/

i tryed these things: .. deleted all entries of whazit in registry and reseted IEs web settings. No help whatso ever
also tryed using Whazits unistall from their website which was probably a stupid idea cause they are some lame spammers anyhow and it was probably some spy ware because it didnt work and did nothing.
please help get rid of them #@$#@%@

Use spybot or adaware. It will remove that ****. Both are free serach google for their names. First result is usually the home page.:t

Like Gamer stated use spybot and ad-ware.

If you are still being high jacked then do a repair on IE in the add/remove programs listing in the control panel. That will over right anything taking over your home page and get you back to stock settings. Then just change your home page back to what ever you use.

it was pleasure manually deleting whazit and then ad-aware cleaned up the rest of the parasites!
