Hello.
I'm pretty good with pc's, but I know nothing about networking. I'm getting DSL. I have two pc's, one is 1.4ghz, 512 mem, winxp, and it has a network card, E3 10/100, the other is 266mghz, 256 mem, win me and no network card. What would be the best way to share the internet and what would I need to do it? I've seen the ICS with windows but know absolutely nothing.
Thank You for your time.

get a nic for the winme computer. don't bother with usb ethernet adapters either.

then get a router like the Linksys BEFSR41.

I don't like running ICS. you need 2 nics in one computer to run ics. the ics host (the one with the 2 nics) would have to be on, in order for the second system to get internet. that's a hassle.
