A Pentium 4 case simply has an additional 4 screw holes in the motherboard baseplate behind the processor to accomodate the heatsink retention mechasism screws. Since ATX v2.xx is backwards compatible, it should work with any traditional ATX motherboard regardless of Athlon or P4.

You will also need to determine whether you want to purchase a P4 compatible ATX12V power supply with the additional header. Again, the P4 ps format is backwards compatible with the traditional ATX motherboard.

You should be able to readily locate a variety of P4 compatible cases at http://www.ibuyer.net .

Good Luck,
