Outlook Express........
Keeps changing my settings..... (& Then It Don't Work)
Incoming mail (POP3) it changes my "in.talk21.com" to gee I can't remember... Somthing silly anyway
&
It changes my login name to "j.m/in.talk21.com"
Not every time just every now & then it flips it's lid
It does it with the setiteam accounts too
Is there anything else I could use? (Thats free) ;)

Not sure what it's doing that to you. What version of Outlook is this? You asking about a free e-mail? try hotmail.

Have ytou checked msofts knowledgebase - also virus checked and spyware checked your machine - sounds distincitvely like a virus my friend????
Alternatively try Eudora or strictly for the pure fun of it - Intellimail!!!

Sounds like you have a 'hijacker' program. Even if you change your settings in OE or your broswer, when you restart the computer, the secret worm program in your registry resets everything back to where its advertiser wants them to be. YOu must remove the trojan.
YOu can use any of the better utilities. I use Trojan Remover. It is a freebie for 30 days but well worth the purchase price. You can set TR to run at each start up.
Also use Spybot and Adaware (free).
Good luck.
