I haven't altered my configuration;and I haven't installed any new software lately.However,the C window keeps popping up
on the sceen every 30 secondes.I shut it off ,it keeps on coming back.
That thing is driving me insane.
PLEASE HELP ME,HELP ME ,HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like either Windows explorer or My computer-C Drive is opeing up. Possibly a missing or corrupt shortcut?

If your using windows 98Try running system file checker. Start-programs-accessories-system tools-system information. Then click tools-system file checker. This will scan your system for missing or corrupted files. If it finds any it will promp you for your windows CD to replace them.

If your using win ME try the sytem restore.
