Motherboard Problem

Hi to all
I recently bought a ECS L7S7A2 motherboard and assembled
with the folling configuration:

Motherboard: ECS L7S7A2
Processor: AMD Barton 2500+ (retail)
Video: Sabre 400 AGP 8X 128 MB DDR
Memory: Kingston 333 Mhz DDR

The very first time I turned on was ok show me the Bios setup
and run ok, but after a few seconds it was shutted off by itself
so I turned on again, then same thing happeng it shutt off again
so I started checking all step by step then I found that the Heat
sink was bad seated (my mistake) the slot on the lower possition was in the wrong side, so I replaced it in the right possition
but after that when I turned the computer on it only start beeping sounds, then I decided to check the processor in another motherboard, it's working OK, then checked the video card an memory in the other motherboard they where OK too.
Do you guys think that I burned the Motherboard?

Have you tried clearing CMOS on the ECS?

Yes, two times the first one shorted the pin and the second
time took the battery away for about 2 hours:t

Did you unplug the PC when clearing?

Make sure that the CPU fan is plugged in and try again. If it fails, the motherboard was likely damaged.

Yeap, I did unpluged for clearin cmo's
I'm now trying again to see if works, let you know.

No man, just beeps sound continusly, I think i will call ECS and
ask for RMA:t
