Your service provider Setiteam (ISP) IP range is blacklisted with some DNSBL host. Setiteam is known for being naughty!!!
Use another MAIL service.

Any free email provider is easy to use for nefarious purposes!
One of the reasons Hotmail has been getting "extras" these days and about time - I hate spammers!

Setiteam accounts dont need any special security settings in the account details - you must have ticked some by mistake!

Dunno about versions & all ....... But mine is "V6.0"
I went "tools"...."Accounts"......(acct to edit)........."Properties"....."Servers"......... & down at the bottom of the box was "Outgoing Mail Server" with a box to check to switch on "My server requires Authentication" ............. Anyways I jiggled the settings in there & hey Presto! "Voilla" :p

"Server authentication"
is very much different to "My server requires authentication"
Quotation marks make a difference - You Yanks first its Irony now its Quotation marks - i DUNNO!!!
There shouldnt need to be anything in that option for Setiteam - it should all be blank and unticked for a default install!!!
You shall now be known as "MR PORKY PIE"
At least its working now!!!

Oh Dear. Its a well known fact that many web servers, that are setup for public POP3 and SMTP access, require server authentication. It is simply to reduce the amount of spam which can be targetted at the web hosts customers, via fellow customers.
If you take the time to read 'New Media Age', you would notice that three weeks ago, it had an in depth article about new spam methods, and how they target customers of hosting companies, in some cases mascarading as the admin of the company. This tricks customers into beleiving that the spam is genuine service messages. Unfortunatley, many of the main stream web hosts require server authentication now, simply because of hackers and spammers.
It should be one of the first things to check when you are experiencing difficulty with your email account. It also seems to be something that web hosts are leaving out of their welcoming literature, when you sign up for their services. Thus, the majority of users are clueless about its necessity.
Hope this helps. ;)
