Guys

When you upgrade Catalyst Drivers is it required that you un-install the original drivers first and then install the newer version or can you install the new driver version on top of your old one.
I know that Nvidia drivers handle updating drivers rather well but havent heard anything about ATI.
If I should un-install...whats the best way to do it...? ALso...what about the control panel..?

Thanks

yes just install on top, unless you already have weird errors

ATI readme when installing drivers from net say to uninstall FIRST then run the update. So do it without uninstalling first at yer own risk. Ati didnt desiegn it that way. It may work-but maynot always etc.;)
