Which Monitor would you choose?

I have an opportunity to aquire a Sampo KDM-2077 20" monitor (free). The Sampo is a .31 pitch versus my current 17" Sony Trinitron monitor which is .26 pitch. Both were manufacured in 1995.

My dilema is the trade off. I wish to use my monitor (whatever it is) for Photo Manipulation. Do I give up clarity for Size? What would you do?

I have a 21" monitor with a high dot pitch and it worthless at over 1024x768. At anything above that everything is blurry to a barley readable point. For detail things like Photo editing clarity is better than size IMO.

Take the free monitor of course http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif. Maybe you could hook both of them up and have dual monitors
