Did you remove CD1 before putting CD2 on the cd tray? Also, after installing CD2 wait about 15sec. for the cd drive to have time to read CD2. I bought my Diablo 2 and Lord of Destruction from Sim Lim Square. I never heard anyone brought a faulty game back to exchange a new one. I think we don't have this kind of culture here.
