i remember i used to see something being sold on tv. it lowered your body temp to keep you cooler, you wore it on your neck, it looked like a high tech version of headphones that you would go around theback of your head :P

i've seen those informercials, but it was for the opposite

that thing you wear in your neck was to warm you up, and massage your neck back and shoulder portion
