Quake 3 test

I download the Quake 3 1.08 and I don't know how to do the test. Can anyone tell me how to do all the benchmark test like crusher, demo and also the loop test.

To run a timedemo, pull down the console (the ~ key) while at the main menu. Then enter the following commands, hitting enter after them:
timedemo 1
demo q3testdemo1.dm3

You can also use demo q3testdemo2.dm3 to run the other available demo. I was not able to find a quick way to loop the demos, but a search of some of the Quake sites on the net might help you there.
