Is there any way to save quicktime movies? Or turn a quicktime movie into a windows media palyer movie.

Sometimes you can right-click on the link to the Quicktime movie and choose "Save Target As"... but sometimes it doesn't work.

If you actually view the movies with your browser, a copy is usually stored in your browser's cache file. To find all the .mov's stored on your computer, use the "Find" feature in Windows and search for *.mov on your C: drive.

I can't help you out on converting media formats, sorry.

If you have watched a movie while online, ie not "officially" dl-ed it to your hd, it will still be there under Temp Internet in the the Windows directory. Because you really did download it, but not to a directory of your choice....(if that makes any sense http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif)
