OK - so you've built the fastest machine in the world and then your mate comes over and says "great, but what can it do?". Ahah! - normally I reply that it's a fantastic games machine and proceed to show them Unreal2 or something similar. What I really want are the coolest looking demos, apps and benchmarking software available - stuff to blow them away. So does anyone have any suggestions beyond the standard nVidia and Radeon demos or the 3DMark suite?

From what I've seen....the ATI demos are the best you get....the monkey and the butterfly being quite outstanding with everything pumped up. Similar to 3dMark03....codecreatures is also a good demo benchmark that shows excellent water effects etc. - it also brings the average PC to a standing halt...!
