Hi there all, tricky one this.
I want to be able to send text strings, down my com1 port to an external device, or vice versa read strings from the com port to trigger flash.
Anyone got any workable ideas, I am fairly competent with flash so interface to the user is simple. I just need to be able to read or send to the COM port.
TIA fo all help offered. No I don't know VB or C++, so solution needs to be simple but not powerful.
