while researhing my nidec fan's i came across these article's you might find of interest. http://www.nidec.com/thermalfans.html http://www.nidec.com/l10description.html http://www.nidec.com/aircoolingtech.html

although i did'nt find everything i was looking for I at least know that 3 of my ta450's are 92 cfm/40db fan's,one is a thermaly controlled variable speed fan.
the one I wish I knew more about I can't find my particular model it's a nidec alpha ta450 model a32153-10 (I found the alpha ta450 just not my model #) I guess I'll have to send an e-mail.

p.s. no I do not work for them. I got all my fan's dumster diving at work.

lol, I completely agree. I fail to understand why anyone would pay money for a fan. Even without dumpster diving, if you just look around hard enough you'll find all kinds of fans.

I'll have to borrow my brothers little 'quick cam' and take a pic of the fan i made with my dad out of an old desk fan. It was on a little spindle which moved it left and right so we took it out of the old case and melted a little perspex and made a translucent case for it, looks cool and runs pretty fast.
