Sometimes i have lots of windoes open and i just wanted to know if they is a quick way to go to the desktop sometimes it takes a long time to minimize all the windows.

Click on the "Show Desktop" icon on the taskbar.

That doesn't help if you can't see your taskbar Bsdboy. And there's nothing I hate worse than a Taskbar "always on top"...gag.

In answer to your question spidey,

Win+D (Windows key and "D")

Do this once to instantly minimize everything and show the desktop. Do it again to restore everything.
