I've been playing for most of the year but becuase of lost saved games, I was allways derailed off of the fast trak....Now what? There are beginner only servers out there that can be handy to go on... PodBot is probably the best though, as Jakk said. This is quite an old game! Yeah, I finished it a long while back, but even though it's old, its still one of the best :p P.S - Beware, CS handles very differently to HL! It was supposed to be released in February or something with Steam (a game-matching program or something) The whole thing overloaded and crashed and here we are still without a patch. When they weren't running at the walls, they pop me in the head before I'd even see them. Though I only used them in small maps which they probably weren't geared for, the AI was terrible, hope CS:CZ is better. (56k connection, had to use bots to train for lans) Bigjakkstaffa 06-23-2003, 02:39 PM It usually helps if you actually get the waypoint files for the particular map your playing for the bots to use, otherwise they will run around like blue bummed flies doing not a lot in general --Jakk:t Cyan 06-23-2003, 02:46 PM I know, but I like to play small maps, practice shooting etc... rather than bombing etc... when I'm playing bots, they should have some AI as to not just run into walls for 30 min. Such as If "wall hit" Then turn around would've made it a bit better :t maybe some coding to get them to know the constraints of the map and a selection to syle of the gameplay desired. SysOpt.com
