BipolarBill 06-16-2003, 11:17 AM They come in 8x, 16x, 32x and 64x. It's all about the amount of RAM per chip or density. Total number and type are all that matters. Ol'Tunzafun 06-16-2003, 12:16 PM 8x32 is 256MB 64x64 is 512MB I think they are both the same density (32MB per chip) with the 64x64 having two 32MB chips laminated together. SysOpt.com
