When i click on peoples links (not all the time but alot) i shows up with either page cannot be displayed or page cannot be found. Antbody know of any reaseon that it may do this? specifiacally in my thx topic i cant dl any trailers.

Not sure, I get that sometimes, it usually works the second time if it's a valid link. In the forum, I usually right-click, choose open link in new window, that way I can refer back to the post if I need to.

Well sometimes that will happen on some pages that is made to open in a new window already and if you "Shift+Click" or right click and click open in new window it happens it doesn't seem to happen in these forums but some pages do. and also any link you click in SysOpt will open in a new window anyway no need to do that.

When that happens to me, I try hitting Refresh, and it usually comes up then.

Have you checked the response times for your ISP's DNS servers? It sounds like a timeout issue. Do you have a LAN? If so look for collisions on the router that could be slowing traffic down. Do you have a proxy server set up (or does your ISP)? If so are the settings correct for them? All of these things can add to the potential for timeouts retreiving web pages.
