emergency recovery disk for win2k?

Twice now I've lost win2k. I've tried repair with no luck. I see repair with emergency recovery disk but can't find how to make it. Someone enlighten me please.

Go to start>programs>accessories>system tools and then click on Backup. When the utility opens it will have a button on the main tab (welcome tab) that says "create ERD" http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
