Ok i play halflife. And my fps was great till i typed fps_max 100 then i started moving slow. I tried lowering the max to 30 and it helps to a degree but it still isnt the same. I have tried restarting the computer, defragging, reinstalling halflife, and uninstalling halflife.

For mo info contact me at Knightmare753 or riddler15@msn.com

If you have had the same problem then hellp me please.

PS oh and they said to disable vsync but i cant find it.

Download rivatuner from www.guru3d.com, that will allow you to easily disable and enable vsync

Don't bother with Rivatuner. It doesn't work with an S3 video subsystem.

Basically, you have little or no 3D control with that. You should upgrade video cards.
