ATX Form Factor - 305mm x 240mm
So, the answer is Yes.

I think you'll like the board. I am very pleased with mine. I disabled the onboard audio, as it wasn't quite up to par. But with a good Soundblaster Live card it is definitely a worthy investment.

Most of the motherboards made right now are usually ATX. Yes. The IWill is an ATX motherboard. I own one and it's inside a Lian Li PC 60 case which is ATX.
Roy, I have read that. What do you mean by it?
Neodave, should I disable the audio. Why did you want to disable the audio?

i have made 2 systems with KK266 and 1 with kk266-raid.
These ARE big boards but still with the ATX specifications. The only thing when gatting cases for these is that..... u can use ONLY cases hat support "FULL-SIZED" ATX boards.
Two models i have used are the Antec SX 1030
and the Enlight 7237 (300w model) . They both support "full size" ATX form factor and are very good quality
