Are those igloo coller any good?
os should i go for silent zalman products?

With PSU's it depends, wattage isnt everything, it also depends a lot on the manufacturer. For example a generic el-cheapo 350W may struggle to even pish 300Watts, wheras a decent 350W from the likes of Antec, may be good up to about 400Watts.

If i were you and at the moment you had an el-cheapo 360W PSU, i would upgrade it to a decent 420Watter from a good reliable soldi manufacturer such as Antec, Enermax, Sparkle and Hiper

He's from Holland. There, you can buy a Verax 350W unit that actually produces about 450W. :)

On the cooler, I recommend either the retail unit or a killer Vantec Aeroflow/Thermalright SLK-800 (and up).

Which Zalmann? If you have a P4, the CNPS7000-Cu is very good and almost silent. :)

Globalwin HSFs are very noisy. Like I said, use the standard one for now. You only need a heavy duty one for overclocking. I recommend Vantec Aeroflow or Thermalright. (I love repeating myself).

Heroichi, Fortron and Verax are good PS brands, as are Antec and Enermax.

Chieftec is not unless the PS model number includes the letters "CWT" (for Channel Well Technology, an OEM supplier for Antec among others). Chieftec case models sold in the US typically include Foxconn (Austin) power supplies, which don't look too good. I'm not sure about their reliability but their power output looks very weak for their nominal rating, and that's a very bad sign.

Chieftec makes some of the best cases around though. My advice would be to buy a Chieftec case without a PS and add one of the models that Tom's article recommends. The 400W Fortron sounds good. Hmm, I see the Chieftec 420W they tested is good too. I guess "HPC" in the model numbers will do also.

Never heard of Q-Tec. Might be a brand that isn't sold in the US, or sold under another name. I Googled it and found some reviews, and the consensus seems to be they're at least respectable, not junk if not the best.
