I just bought a 100 cdr spindle of 700MB cdr discs. I open the plastic, take one out, look at if for a second, and notice i can see my hand straight through it. Does this mean they are of inferior quality? i always thought imation made decent products.

just because you can see through them does not mean they are not good...I bought some a couple years ago that worked better than anything I have bought since and they were clear. When I ask the company why they no longer sold them the response was because the public perception was that they were an inferior product and did not sell well....

I actually like the see through CDs..They are near http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

Although when i first picked one up, i also thought they would be terrible CDs, but they burned well.
