You might want to start your search for answers here.

You can find a copy of the manual and a FAQ for your board.
There's usually a bit of info in Google groups also:

Ehe celery A's were good overclockers, however it depends on your motherboard as to the extent you will be able to push it. If i remember rightly the 333's run on a 66Mhz FSB with 5x multiplier. In the BIOS of your machine there may be an option to increase the Front side bus/CPU frequency to around 70 or 80. Doign this shoudl give you quite a boost in speed. Run some apps and games to check its stable and then see if its possible via use of a jumper (check your motherboards manual) to up the FSB to 100Mhz. Now ths will give you 500Mhz and some chips will not be abel to make it here, in this case the machine will just stop responding afer boot, to undo ths check your mobo manual on clearing CMOS and do so, also reset the jumper back to the 66Mhz position, thsi will return the machine to default seetings, from her eyou can set the CPU to whatever was the last most stable overclock

that's gonna be the max for that board. LX chipsets can't handle 100mhz because they don't have the proper divider. AGP @100mhz is scary, let alone PCI at 50mhz!
