I've never really found any, although in all honesty ive never really looked. If i were you and nothing comes up i would get hold of style XP and some XP themes that include audio-sets, apply the theme but then undo the appearance settings, which will leave you with the default front end, but the new sound scheme

Most 98 ones would suffice, wouldnt they???

Its a bit long winded but you could dload a win98 one, and then assign it to the windows events manually through the control panel, i cant remember or think of any way to automatically set em up

try http://www.themeworld.com/, there is some XP ones.
You could always download a 98 theme program, and mabey it would assign sounds automatically.
