GameSpot website problem ?

Hello there, can anyone tell me why I can't see pics in GameSpot ? Although I can view GameSpy , Avault... as normal as I do.Is there a problem with GameSPot ? Thanks.

The problem I have with gamespot is that you have to pay to buy a subscription to download trailers and anything else remotely worthwhile. Is it still that way?

Sorry just can't imagine paying 25$ a year to get whats free most other places. too bad i really used to like that site :(

They do business not like the old days !!! Return to my question : I mean I can only see text in GameSpot but can't see pics, although I can view GameSpy....as normal as I do, what will I do now to solve this problem ? Thanks !!!

What Browser are you using?

if Mozilla check if you enabled the option to only show images from this website

if IE, erh.... i have no idea what could it be

IE normally shows everything, including viruses lol :p

how's your connection? I went to gamespot and it took awhile for the pictures to show up...and that's with a cable modem. The site might just be slow. Funny all the add banners loaded quickly. They may be using alot of their processing power to figure out how to make more people pay :)

If you're using IE, does it say 'done' in the bottom left of your browser when you don't see the pictures? or does it say 'opening http//' or '(some #) items remaining'? The sysopt page I'm typing this on still hasn't finished loading after typing this and smoking a cigarette.

i have problem with gamespy.com on my Opera 7.1 browser..(czu it crash everytime) but after i uninstalled the Java 1.4. THe problem solved..

To Baby Arm and guys:
I'm using IE 6.0 with ISDN , and when GameSpot finished loading like you said it has "Done" at the left bottom corner, and those ads banner loaded as quick as it can.With Sysopt or any website I don't have problem, GameSpot could be a good website but now they destroyed themselves with paying !!!

I viewed your pic and compare with my view in GameSpot : Some pics in GameSpot have a wrong display or not display.What's wrong ?

are you using any HOST file to prevent viewing ADs?

also empty your CACHE, chang it to 1 meg

reset all your Internet Options settings back to Default
