HLDS 1.1.1.1 reg problem? ( Counterstrike related )

Right,

Apparently the new 1.1.1.1 update has been interfering with bullet reg on some Counter Strike servers, has anyone got a link to somewhere stating this?

I know a patch is in the works to fix this, but whenever we play CS now, and start to win, we get the now standard spam of "Your server sucks" or "nice reg, get a decent server".
Now obviously this is just whining from simple morons, but considering it's a server we've paid for, it would be nice to be able to shove a link in their face explaining wat is causing the bad reg, and that it isnt down to the server alone.

do you by any chance have any metamod addons such as admin mod or WWCL installed on the server? the later versions of these are well known to cause reg problems

Yes we had WWCL but we removed it.

We've been given a new server now, and things are slightly better anyway.
