They should work with just about any mouse, not just Logitech's.
Once installed, you'll need to update the drivers to v8.32 or v8.4. You can get those here: http://www.logitech.com/us/support/mouselist.html
This is the OEM version of the utility, meaning you're not going to get the cute little purple mouse icon. Other than that, this is the same software that friggin' Logitech makes you pay $10 for if you lose the install floppies.
