ATI Radeon 9200 128M

I can get one of these for $192 AUD. I've read the reviews but I'd like some comments from people who actually own one of these.

Also, is cooling the card advised and, if so, what would you recommend?

I'm currently running an nvidia Riva TNT2 and I'm having problems with Windows XP/2000 Pro so it's sort of put me off nvidia based cards but if anyone can suggest something that works with those OSes that's under $200 AUD I'd be willing to look at that also.

What seems to be the sweet spot in terms of Radeons is the 9500 pro/ 9600 pro. How much are those in AUD?

i have many ATIs, and used a lot more ATIs

and yes it's really as that good as you've seen

The place I'm looking at has a Radeon 9700 Pro for $600.00 but that's way over my limit.

I just found the 9500 for $367 and the 9500 Pro for $410.

I can't seem to find anyone with the 9600 Pro in stock.

What about brands also? Which are the best? I'm focussing on ATI. I really haven't had that much to do with graphics cards as I've had my current one for so long so I just want to make sure I don't buy a dud.

I should probably point out that although I play games I'm not exactly a gamer. I'm after high quality graphics but it doesn't have to be top of the line.
