Should I overclock this Athlon?

I'm running an Athlon 1GHz with a mini orb cooler on an Iwill 266R mobo. The chip I have is an unlocked chip so I can attempt to go up to 1.4GHz. I am just not sure that is such a good idea or not. It seems to be running a little hot as it is now. My hardware monitor shows the system running an average of 93-96 degrees fahrenheit, (that's 36c). Am I in any danger if I try to clock this thing up a few hundred MHz? http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

welll overclocking isnt the problem with those kind of idle temps.... the orb isnt going to cut it for the heatsink though, best you get a taisol or an ocz gladiator,glacier 2(which i have on my 1.1ghz tbird) or a globalwin fop 38....
