How hot is too hot?

Well I got a new computer with a Athlon 1Ghz and well the CPU temp varies from 98F all the way to 124F after playing games. Is that too hot?

Well the answers I'm going to give you are in Celsius, but you can always convert them (I think 212F is about 100C). The highest temperature your cpu is allowed to run before burning up is about ~90C. You are well below that temperature. Your cpu reaches up to 124F (which isn't that bad) since it's underload when you play a game. Don't worry about your temperatures. It's not too high.

My 1.33GHz @ 1.5GHz T-Bird runs at 85-93F doing regular tasks like word processing, surfing Web, burning CDs, but gaming with heavy graphics takes me to 123F. No problems.
