What would you recommend for a system for video capture? Just the capturing itself. I have the rest of the system set up except for video. It is for a golf instructor who videos his students.

Also, the system is for video editing mainly with little/ no gaming. Would you recommend a GeForce 2 MX w/ TV out or a G450 dual head?

Matrox makes good cards (no gaming). I would recomment ATI anyways - thou it has good gaming capabilities I heard it's pretty good at capturing also.
Thou, all you need for capturing is video in and I've done that for years with my tnt chip asus (encoding to asf works fine in real time).

I have an AIW Radeon,it works pretty good at capture,it is good for games and has good visual quality
