Radeon 9500

I just bought myself this card. The problem is as follows:

- I can't play the game Enter The Matrix with resolution 800x600, the game runs very slow.
- The PC just restarts, this is something I definitely can't place ...

My system is as follows:

EnerMax 350 W Power Supply
Epox 8K3A
256 MB DDR PC2700
AMD Athlon XP 2000
Radeon 9500 (the problem thing)

If you need to know more tell me ...

So I have pointed out my problem, is there someone familiar with this problem?

seems like the card only works with everything set to MAX resolution and MAX features

Still have the same problems! I have looked at the bottom of the thread you mentioned and set those options but it would not bother ... :( my system just rebooted again :(

Is it possible the video card is not the problem?

Have you tried the game patches, there are already two out (an indication of how **** the game is), try installing those and then notching the detail levels up high

did you OC your CPU and RAM?

if it keeps on rebooting, it's usually signs of not enough power, or Over heating

I have thought maybe the cooling is not OK will have a look tomorrow! :D

Sorry for the delay but it still doesn't work. I didn't OCed anything in my PC everything is original etc.

Iam thinking of returning it to the store. I send an email but the only thing I received back is the game should run with this card. It doesn't work at all is my experience.

Any suggestions before I return it to the store?

Put it this way, by returning it to the store you wouldnt be missing out on much;) If you aint already got a copy of GTA Vice City i would exchange ETM for that
