i have this motherboard and i encountered many problems with my r9700 pro card.
now i'm considering selling the card and buy gforce4 ti 4400.
does anyone have p4s8x-x motherboard with a gforce 4 ti 4400 graphics card?

Could be the card is defective, send it back to the retailer but first get in contact with them to get an rma #.

Did you try reseating the card or go into safe mode and delete previous card in device manager and any software you installed with it.

What are the problems exactly that you ran into?

it's the motherboard.
the SIS 648 chipset has serious problems with ATI's radeon cards.
now i just need to exchange the board to inteal chipset.
it may cost me "some" money...but i guess the r9700 pro worth it.
i did a mistake choosing the SIS chipset and i guess everyone pays for his mistake.
