What is the difference between B chips?

I've seen an Intel 2.4GHz and an Intel 2.4GHz B (both same price) but whats the difference???

2.4B BUS: 533MHz
2.4 BUS: 400MHz
2.4 W/ht BUS: 800MHz

Does that therefore mean that a chip with an 800Mhz Bus won't work on a Mobo with a 533Mhz Bus?

If you only have a 533 bus than i would get the 2.4b. No sense to spend the extra money and have it still only be 533..

The 533 and the 400 are about the same... $162 - retail
But seeing as the 800 is hyper threading its about $60 more.
