Wow! I came across this website that predicts the damage cause by a nuclear holocaust. Whew! Luckily, the Cold War is over! If I am not wrong, all the nuclear weapons can destroy seven Earths. WOW!

Heh interesting website. Good for all the paranoids out there. I like the "planet X' stuff.

This guys a doomsayer, sure, we could destroy the earth, but no one wants to. You think the russians would want to attack us knowing full well we'd retaliate, that's what the cold war was all about. It's called nuclear deterance. It means they won't attack us for fear of retaliation, and we won't attack them for the same reasons. I'd be more concerned about idiots like North Korea, Pakistan and India. They won't destroy the world, but could cause a hell of a lot of trouble.

As for planet X, why hasn't any reputable astronomer said anything? Makes you wonder. It ain't happening, that's why. It could destroy earth, if it happened, but a pass by?? nope, might cause some trouble, but would have to get real close to cause any damage. You guys need to get out and get some air. LOL,,

You should read some history of the cold war, having lived through it, seeing folks with bomb shelters and such, yah, it's a scary thought. But I think BOTH sides were scared, not just us. As for the planet thingy, some amatuer astronomer woulda said something to the news by now, and the whole world would be in a panic, and if it were to happen, what could ya do anyhow? Most ya could do is put yer head between yer knees, and kiss yer ***** goodbye,:D

any Nuke that blows now, will destroy what is left of our Atmosphere as we know it

and the UV ray will just fly any living organic thing alive that is not protected from sunlight

Just look at the numbers of warheads for each nuclear-capable country. Whew! Luckily, my country doesn't have a single one. Nuclear weapons are too dangerous! Now North Korea has a couple of them and I doubt anyone can stop the communists from using them on Japan or South Korea.

If we didn't destroy ourselves first, maybe Planet X will help in finishing the job. Right?
