Use it about every couple of weeks or so, you can see what the standard xp defrag doesn't do where I take the cue to run it.

That site and its sister site winternals charge quite a bit for there apps.

I had bought a copy of some Ontrack Utilities. Fix-It 3 If I remember correctly. It was at a garage sale unopened for a buck so I couldn't pass it up. I used the registry defrag util and the option to add boot to DOS prompt to 2000. (A little better than system restore.) I will give this a go.
