Trios question

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I want to install TRIO , please see below the specs on my PC.

1 DVD rom
1 DVD rw-r
2 hard drives

My question is how to set the jumpers in my DVD reader,
DVD rw-r and the 2 hard drives ?

CABLE SELECT or MASTER or SLAVE

It depends on how you have them installed, on which cable, and how your BIOS works best.

I prefer to set them up as HDD/CD and HDD/CD using master/slave but HP computers work best using cable select.

Try it and find out.

I got to work , the problem is that I have pins in the back connected in the wrong place.
