I was looking at getting this (http://www.compgeeks.com/details.asp?invtid=B-CAT5E-1000-30U-SK) for my upcomming networking project (internet in my room w00t!). Anyone aware of a better deal at a reliable store?

yea, home depot.

I got me 1,000 feet of Cat5e for 34bucks :)

It's just a thousand feet of cat5e, you have to get your own crimper and connectors to make your cables at desired length :)
