Which PC to phone service should I use?

I would like to use PC to phone service. I heard that that can save money on phone bill. Could you suggest any? I am useing NT4.0 and my modem connection is 33,600. I would also like to be able to use this service from different countries.

If you would like to make calls for free (PC to Phone) you can have a look at www.hottelephone.com (http://www.hottelephone.com)
www.dialpad.com (http://www.dialpad.com) might still be free, I heard some changes took place there.

I use Net2phone to call Ca to Ohio daily and it works flawlessly, the only prob is they have recently limited calls to 5 mins redialing only takes a sec tho---still a hassle
