Ya, newegg only says if tbred (not a or b) and if its pali, nothing more. You wont get a specific stepping or anything.;)

I have two 302s running in a dually.
I modified the multiplier on the L3 bridge to get 16x and Locked the L5 for smp.
Running stable at 2100 mhz (131x16) on air.
and that is only due to limitations on the board.
On my Asus A7V8X that same cpu runs at 2300 mhz on air.
