You know how you can set the memory speed in X-X-X-X-X/X kind of way, with 'X' being numbers, e.g(Crucial PC133 CAS2
setting 2-2-2-5/7) how do you work out what it's set at already and how do you increase decrease, I don't understand what kind of formats it's in?

The numbers are wait-states. Lower is better.
For example
2-2-2-2 is faster than
2-2-2-3 and both are faster than
3-3-3-3

So it's the CAS then? Anyhow how would you set it manually, what does each number repesent? e.g One is mili second, nano seconds.....

Neither, it's clock cycles. Er...probably easier for me to find a web page that explains it...(gone on a Google search, brb)
Try this site (http://www.pcguide.com/ref/mbsys/bios/set/advchCacheTiming-c.html) or weed through the Google search results (http://www.google.com/search?client=googlet&q=wait-states) yourself, there's plenty o' info there.
