I have a 48X24X48 Plextor external CD-RW with USB connection.
I don't have a problem with burning or reading a CD, its only when I try and make a bootable floppy using my Norton Ghost Boot Wizard. I'm using the default setting: Boot Disk with CD-R/RW, LPT and USB Support. My computer will freeze at the boot screen when loading the USB driver; usb\uhci and usb\ohci. I have USB enabled in BIOS also.
Any one have this setup. :t

If you have mixed USB 1.1 and 2.0 controllers, use USB 1.1 drivers only. If you have an Intel or VIA chipset, use the UHCI drivers. If you have any other brand, use OHCI. Don't mix them and don't use both.

Thanks for the reply. Still can't get it to work using the OHCI drivers. Don't know If I'm using 1.1 or 2.0 drivers the program doesn't ask about that. I'll fix that later have bigger problems right now with my main computer.

Well, you're better off imaging to a file on the hard drive anyway and using Ghost Explorer to span the image to CDs in Windows.
