I was trying to change my icon yesterday to a custom animated icon, however i could not find one and when I did I could not copy or put a good link to it in my profile. Does anyone know where I can get some good links to animated icon or where can I download one?
Thanks :t

I didn't think you could have a custom avatar until a certain number of posts had been attained...someone correct me if I'm wrong..

Its 150 posts and your past that so yes its possible. Just do a goole image search entering keywords of interest and see what comes up as regards finding an avatar. Or if your feelign particularly artistic go into PSP and make your own :x

I have gone through google but all the animated ones that I have found you cannot DL and the ones that give you a URL to link to, when I edit my avatar with the corresponding URL the link appears to be broken.

are you good at drawing and paiting using Paint Blush or similar software?
if not, well you'll just have to be a copy cat and cut and chop what you want :p

I can't draw so cut and chop is the way for me.

Thanks for the link, since by now I've figured out that if I want an animated one looks like I'll have to build it myself.:t

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the moving avatars are just gif animations right! Well any good Photo editor, like Paintshop pro7, any of its bretherin, have a gif animation facility. Why not give one of them a try. They should have a step by step how to do, and any one here should be able to tell you how to put it in place.
I have a while to go before I have to worry about that.:t
