I use NeoTracePro. It has a good interface also some other features. The free version is good if you jut want to find where the ip address is at.

Also gives the abuse e-mail address for the ISP that the ip belongs to. So when you get a hit on ZoneAlarm from a scan. If you feel like playing with the person. Just send an e-mail to the ISP on them. LOL

If you click on the last node name on Visual Trace Route, it will do a whois lookup and tell you administrative contact, etc.
The advantage of this program, besides looking cool :-) is that it traceroutes from Virginia, so the hacker never knows its you tracing him.
