The title of this section as well as the rules and regs for this section would suggest that this is strictly user to user, and that people who post an item here for sale or exchange would do so once in awhile.
So why are people allowed to post here that are obviously makng a living at selling off used computers that they either take in on trade or build from old parts that they solicit from this and other forums ?.

These persons list several different computer's and a vast array of components on a weekly basis, and it seems that the listed computers are always being renewed to other systems and the components list is always being added to or changed on a regular basis as well.

If I take the e-mail address or nickname of the sellers I can almost always through google find over a dozen other forum boards that these sellers use as a form of free advertising.

It really doesn't take much time to run checks on these sellers and see that you have people abusing whats "supposed" to be one user trading or selling something to another user on a non-commercial basis.

Yea, that tends to tick me off at times.

What I really have are the jerks who sell the AMD goods that they get from AMD to help out their business. Since I ressell AMD CPU's I get kits. I got 3 Large shirts and 3 XL, as well as 500 sticker rolls of MP, XP and Duron case stickers and some other nice stuff. I see some punks selling this stuff for their profit when I don't see it fair for people like me who actually ressell goods and don't cheat AMD for a free ride.

I don't post in my own threat that much. Even though I run a networking business and do also build custom pc's ect. ect. I don't post my stuff here for sale. The only thing that I do sell in here or at Techimo is just used goods that I use at home and not at my business.

I agree in your rant. There are some members here who and at other forums who do sell their goods for a living on these forums.

I believe if they are allowed to post their sales here, that there should be a no bumping rule. Meaning that they can't bump or have a bump from someone else unless it's to querie about a product they are selling.
