I am trying to delete partitions on my HDD. It is a 3.2 Gig Quantum Series 3.5.
Win OP Sys that was on it was Win 95.
When I boot the HDD and get into FDISK there are two partitions, C: being partition two and active, the Extended DOS partition which does not have a drive specification has logical drives.

When I go to delete the Extended DOS partition it comes up with the message, CANNOT DELETE EXTENDED DOS PARTITION WHILE LOGICAL DRIVE EXISTS.
So I go to, DISPLAY LOGICAL DRIVE INFORMATION and it says, NO LOGICAL DRIVES DEFINED.

How do i delete the extended DOS partition?

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Was the drive compressed with DriveSpace? Was EZ BIOS or Disk Manager installed? If so, you will need to clear all data from the drive. Use this:

http://service.boulder.ibm.com/storage/hddtech/zap.exe

Unzip that and copy ZAP.COM to the floppy. There is also a REAME in the file.
