Every time I go to this website my computer gets the blue screen of death, locks up and/or reboots itself. Is there some kind of java script that could do this? I'm using IE 6.0 and Win ME.

That's a fairly standard HTML page with cascading style sheets and mouse-over tricks.

Try new mouse drivers or none at all.

Bills right - nissrrv is the mouse driver for NIS mice.
Remove and reinstall your driver.
